Preparation techniques:

COOKING TIME: 20′
HEAT: 180° C
Remove vacuum and place the product on the baking dish in preheated oven. Leave it for 20′ to be well heated. Serve and enjoy slowly cooked (Sous vide) spare ribs. -
COOKING TIME: 13′
HEAT: 160° C
After having defrosted the product, place only the ribs on the grill. Spread sauce (included in the vacuum) on the product a few times. Let it be well heated until the spare ribs caramelise.
