After having defrosted the product, remove vacuum , place the desired quantity on a baking dish in a preheated oven. Let it be well heated for 15′. Enrich slowly cooked (Sous vide) pulled pork with bbq sauce. -

HEAT: 160° C
After having defrosted the product, place the desired quantity on a nonstick pan, add bbq sauce and heat it well. Keep it juicy.
